San Francisco Bay and Beyond: Yurik Riegel Paints Live at Weddings and Events.

The Process:

Clients may mix and match to create a custom experience, so it may be different depending on location, timeline, packages, and extras. That being said, a typical Wedding Booking process would look something like this:

• Client or wedding coordinator reaches out to Yurik

• Initial phone or video call with the couple, so we can get acquainted, answer questions, and discuss your wishes

• 30%( 1 of 3) Down Payment to reserve and schedule

• 1 to 2 follow-ups leading up to your Big Day in the weeks prior

• 50%( 2 of 3) Payment is due before the ceremony (or the prior week)

• I will arrive at your venue 2-4 hours early to set up and begin painting the background. As your guests arrive, I will begin adding in the important details of your day.

• Guaranteed 4 - 7 hours of live painting performance for your event.

• In certain cases, the painting may be completed by the end of the night, allowing you and your guests to admire and take it home. However typically, since Yurik's work entails creating high-quality oil paintings, the canvas will still be wet by the end of the evening, requiring careful handling. Refinements and additional requests are typically addressed in the studio.

• The majority of the piece is completed on site. Studio touch ups are added in my studio the weeks following your event to add the finishing touches and make it perfect!

• Artwork sides painted for a seamless look. Artwork is then often shot for gift prints and framed

• Framed painting and prints art sent to client either together or separately.

• Final balance(3 of 3) due.

• Client’s Packages can vary greatly by size, options, and travel, but most clients start at $3,000 on their live event painting experience. In some special cases, I offer discounts, sliding scale and additional payment options

Commissions:

Yurik also accepts some commissions in the studio as his schedule permits! Projects will be discussed and priced on a case by case basis. (The pricing and packaging on this page refer to Live Painting only)
